Mouse CD57 Cell System

C57BL/6 mouse cells are isolated from C57BL/6 mice purchased from Charles River. C57BL/6 mice are inbred mice developed by C.C. Little in 1921 at the Bussey Institute for Research in Applied Biology. The C57BL/6 mice are highly desired because they are used for transgenic/knockout model development.
