CTFG-L is a regulatory protein that belongs to the CCN family of chemokines. This protein has been shown to be involved in many processes such as but not limited to stimulating mitosis, adhesion, apoptosis, extracellular matrix production and migration of multiple cell types. CTFG-L is mainly found in the heart, osteoblasts, fibroblasts, ovaries, and testes.
Aliases- WNT1-inducible-signaling pathway protein 2, WISP-2, CCN family member 5, CTGF-L, Connective tissue growth factor-related protein 58
- Recombinant Human Connective Tissue Growth Factor-Like Protein (WISP2)
Formulation- Lyophilized from a 0.2 µm filtered solution in PBS
Endotoxin Level- <1.0 EU/µg of recombinant protein as determined by the LAL method.
Storage Condition- The lyophilized protein is stable for at least one year from date of receipt at -70°C. Upon reconstitution, this cytokine can be stored in working aliquots at +2° to +8°C for one month, or at -20°C for six months, with a carrier protein without detectable loss of activity.
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
