Note: resolving dye prevent interference in analysing DNA bands. Turquoise band at ~4000bp is faint and has no interference with analysis.
Protocol Overview: Mix at least 1µl of the 6X DNA Loading Dye to every 5µl of the total sample volume before loading in the gel.
Storage Condition: Store at room temperature for temporary purposes. For long periods, store at +4°C for up to 12 months, or -20°C for longer.
