Apo-Transferrin powder should be reconstituted using sterile cell culture-grade water or sterile PBS.
Recommended stock concentration: 10 mg/ml
Recommended working concentration in media: 5–10 µg/ml, or as required by the specific cell culture formulation.
The optimal concentration may vary depending on the cell type, basal medium, and application.
QC: Each lot is tested for suitability in cell culture applications. This product is supplied as a non-sterile powder and should be sterile-filtered after reconstitution before use in cell culture.
Storage Condition: Store powder at +2–8°C. After reconstitution and sterile filtration, aliquot and store at -20°C for longer-term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
