Components: CMM-sf-prf consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 5 ml of Cardiac Myocyte Growth Supplementserum free (CMGS-sf, Cat. no.SC6152) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. no. SC0503). Note: CMGS-sf and P/S are not pre-mixed in CMM-sf-prf; they must be added separately to make the complete CMM-sf-prf.

Storage: Store the basal medium at +4oC and the CMGS-sf and P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
