Components: FM-2- prf consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 25 ml of FBS (Cat. no. SC0025), 5 ml of Fibroblast Growth Supplement-2 (FGS-2, Cat. no. SC2382) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. no. SC0503).
Note: FBS, FGS-2 and P/S are not pre-mixed in FM-2- prf; they must be added separately to make the complete FM-2-prf.
Product Use: FM-2- prf is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Storage: Store the basal medium at +4oC and the FGS-2, FBS and P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
