Human Primary Skeletal Muscle Myoblasts are available as a tool to study the biology of muscle development and can be used as a cell model for developing new drugs and therapies for the treatment of muscle wasting diseases.
Human Primary Skeletal Muscle Myoblasts are isolated from human skeletal muscle and sorted by CD56 expression. The purity of CD56 positive cells is >80%.
Human Primary Skeletal Muscle Myoblasts express MyoD, Myogenin and CD56 and have validated through fluorescence microscopy and qPCR.
