RNA preparation:
Human Esophageal Epithelial Cell total RNA (HEsEpiC tRNA) is prepared from early passage Human Esophageal Epithelial Cells using the Qiagen AllPrep DNA/RNA Mini kit.
Quality Control:
- Purity: A260/A280 ratio of 1.9-2.1
- RNA integrity: intact 18S rRNA bands and 28S rRNA bands verified by a denaturing
agarose gel, with a 2:1 ratio of 28S:18S.
