The
E. coli derived recombinant protein contains the VZV gE immunodominant regions, amino acids 48-135 and fused to a GST-Tag at N-terminus.
Formulation: 60mM NaCl, 50mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 0.25% Sarkosil, 10mM glutathione and 50% glycerol.
Purity: Varicella protein is >90% pure as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Stability: Varicella Protein although stable at +4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
