The
E. coli derived recombinant protein contains the Rubella Virus Capsid C regions, 1-123 amino acids and fused to a GST-Tag at C-terminus.
Formulation: 25mM Tris-HCl pH 8, 10mM glutation, 0.2% sarcosyl and 50% glycerol.
Purity: Rubella protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Stability: Rubella Capsid protein although stable at +4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
