Polyvalent dengue antigens are 18 kDa proteins containing subtype 1,2,3 and 4 and each of them has equal amount protein. They are a new group of antigens specifically designed for ELISA assay. All the recombinant peptides are fused with a 6xHis-Tag. Polyvalent dengue is purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
