E. coli contains 227 amino acids from the N-terminus of VP1 protein sequence.Parvovirus B19 VLP VP1/VP2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation: Parvovirus B19 VLP VP1 protein solution is supplied in PBS pH 7.4 and 0.02% Sodium azide.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Purity: Greater than 90% as determined by 12% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Source:E. coli.
Stability: Store at +4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
