Recombinant Papillomavirus 16 E6 antigen produced in
E. coli contains 159 amino covering the full length of HPV-16 having its C-terminus fused with a 6xHis-Tag and a total molecular weight of 21 kDa. The HPV16 was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Formulation: Recombinant HPV16 E6 solution in 25mM Tris-Base, 25mM k2CO3 and 1M Urea.
Physical Appearance: Sterile filtered colorless solution.
Purity: Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Source:Escherichia coli.Stability: Recombinant HPV-16 E6 although stable at +4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
