HIV-1 p24 His-Tag Recombinant produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 188 amino acids (155-321 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 21.2 kDa. The HIV-1 p24 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-Tag and purified by conventional chromatography.
Formulation: The HIV-1 p24 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH 8, 0.1mM PMSF, 0.1M NaCl and 10% glycerol.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Purity: Greater than 80% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability: Store at +4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
