E. coli is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 16 kDa and fused to a His-Tag at N-terminus.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 1mg/ml in 20mM Na-carbonate, pH 9.6.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Purity: Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
