E. coli derived recombinant protein fused to a His-Tag contains the HCV NS3 immunodominant regions, amino acids 1192-1459.
Formulation: 1.5M urea, 25mM Tris-HCl pH 8, 0.2% Triton-X & 50% Glycerol.
Purity: HCV NS3 Genotype-5 protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Stability: HCV NS3 Genotype-5 although stable at +4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
