The
E. coli derived recombinant protein contains the HCV NS3 immunodominant regions, amino acids 1356-1459. The protein is fused to a GST-tag at N-Terminus.
Formulation: 1.5M urea, 25mM Tris-HCl pH 8, 0.2% Triton-X & 50% Glycerol.
Purity: HCV NS3 Genotype-2b protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Stability: HCV NS3 Genotype-2b although stable at +4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
