H3N2 Canine produced in
E. coli. is a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 335 amino acids (18-344) and having a molecular mass of 36.8 kDa.H3N2 Canine is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation: The H3N2 Canine solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) and 10% glycerol.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Purity: Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
