Secretagogin, Rat Recombinant, produced in Escherichia coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 286 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 33.3 kDa. The Rat SCGN is fused to a 10 A.A. His tag at the N-Terminus. The protein’s amino acids sequence is identical to UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot entry Q6R556. The Rat SCGN is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
