Interleukin-17E, Rat Recombinant, produced in
Escherichia coli is a homodimeric, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 145 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 35.5 kDa. The IL-25 Rat is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: IL-25, IL-17E, IL17E, IL25, Interleukin-25.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution containing no additives.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Purity: Greater than 95% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Interleukin Rat IL25 in sterile 10mM HCL not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Stability: Lyophilized Interleukin Rat IL17E although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Rat IL-25 should be stored at +4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
