Escherichia coli is a dimeric, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 2 x 113 amino acids forming a disulfide linked homodimer and having a molecular mass of 26.2 kDa.The Mouse IL-5 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
