Interleukin-18, produced in
Escherichia coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 178 amino acids (36-192 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 20.4 kDa. The Mouse IL-18 is fused to a 20 amino acids His Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
