UBE2F, produced inE. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 209 amino acids (1-185) and having a molecular mass of 23.7 kDa. UBE2F is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
