TDP1, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 318 amino acids (1-298) and having a molecular mass of 35.8 kDa. TDP1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Tyrosyl-DNA phosphodiesterase 1, TDP1 protein, TDP1.
Formulation: The TDP1 solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.4M urea and 10% glycerol.
