E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 357 amino acids (1-337) and having a molecular mass of 39.7 kDa. TALDO1 is fused to 20 amino acid His Tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
