TREX2 produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 256 amino acids (1-236a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 28.0 kDa. TREX2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Three Prime Repair Exonuclease 2, 3'-5' exonuclease TREX2 long form.
Formulation: The TREX2 protein solution (1mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 200mM NaCl, 5mM DTT and 30% glycerol.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered clear solution.
