TSTD1, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 135 amino acids (1-115 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 14.6 kDa. TSTD1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Thiosulfate sulfurtransferase/rhodanese-like domain-containing protein 1, TSTD1, KAT.
Formulation: The TSTD1 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 10% glycerol and 100mM NaCl.
