TAF10, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 158 amino acids (84-218) and having a molecular mass of 16.9 kDa. TAF10 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: TAF10 RNA Polymerase II TATA Box Binding Protein (TBP)-Associated Factor 30 kDa, Transcription Initiation Factor TFIID 30 KDa Subunit, STAF28, TAF2A, TAF2H.
