PYCR2, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 343 amino acids (1-320 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 36 kDa. PYCR2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: P5CR2, Pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase 2 isoform 1, P5C reductase 2.
Formulation: PYCR2 protein solution (0.25mg/ml) in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4), 50% glycerol, 5mM DTT and 1mM EDTA.
