PHOSPHO2, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 265 amino acids (1-241) and having a molecular mass of 30.3 kDa. PHOSPHO2 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Pyridoxal phosphate phosphatase PHOSPHO2, PHOSPHO2.
Formulation: The PHOSPHO2 solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 10% glycerol and 0.1M NaCl.
Physical Appearance: Sterile filtered colorless solution.
Purity: Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
