NUDT9 produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 325 amino acids (47-350 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 36.5 kDa (molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). NUDT9 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
