NIT2 produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 299 amino acids (1-276a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 33 kDa. NIT2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation: The NIT2 protein solution (1mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl, and 10% glycerol.
