NNMT, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 284 amino acids (1-264 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 37.7 kDa. NNMT is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Nicotinamide N-methyltransferase, EC 2.1.1.1, NNMT.
Formulation: NNMT protein solution (1mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) and 20% glycerol.
Physical Appearance: Sterile filtered colorless solution.
