MMP14, produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 527 amino acids (21-538a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 59.9 kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 35-70 kDa). MMP14 is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
