IDH3G, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 375 amino acids (40-393) and having a molecular mass of 41.1 kDa. IDH3G is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Isocitrate dehydrogenase [NAD] subunit gamma, mitochondrial, Isocitric dehydrogenase subunit gamma, NAD(+)-specific ICDH subunit gamma, IDH3G, H-IDHG.
Formulation: The IDH3G solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 50% glycerol, 0.2M NaCl, 5mM DTT and 2mM EDTA.
