IDS, produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 533 amino acids (26-550a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 60.3 kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 35-70 kDa). IDS is fused to an 8 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
