Histidyl-tRNA Synthetase, produced in baculovirus is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 58.3 kDa. The Histidyl-tRNA Synthetase is fused to 6x His Tag and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
