GMPR2, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 368 amino acids (1-348 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 40 kDa. GMPR2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: GMP reductase 2, Guanosine 5''-monophosphate oxidoreductase 2.
Formulation: GMPR2 1mg/ml solution contains 20mM Tris pH 8, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
Physical Appearance: Sterile filtered colorless solution.
Purity: Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
