GLYAT, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 316 amino acids (1-296) and having a molecular mass of 36.0 kDa. The GLYAT is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Glycine-N-acyltransferase, ACGNAT, GAT, CAT, AAc, HRP-1(CLP), Acyl-CoA: glycine amino acid N-acyltransferase, EC 2.3.1.13.
Formulation: GLYAT protein (0.5mg/ml) is supplied in 20mM Tris-HCl, pH 8, 1mM DTT and 20% Glycerol.
Physical Appearance: GLYAT is supplied as a sterile filtered clear solution.
Purity: Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
