GPD1, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 349 amino acids (1-349 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 37.5 kDa. The GPD1 is purified by conventional chromatography.

Formulation: The GPD1 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH 8, and 10% glycerol.
