GSTA4, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 246 amino acids (1-222) and having a molecular mass of 28.3 kDa. GSTA4 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Glutathione S-transferase A4, GST class-alpha member 4, Glutathione S-transferase A4-4, GSTA4, GSTA4-4.
Formulation: The GSTA4 solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 8.0, 20% glycerol, 2mM DTT and 100mM NaCl.
