FKBP6, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 347 amino acids (1-327 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 39.3 kDa. FKBP6 protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and is purified by standard chromatography.
