FKBP1B, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 130 amino acids (1-108) and having a molecular mass of 14.2 kDa. FKBP1B is fused to a 22 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
