ECHS1, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 284 amino acids (28-290 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 30.6 kDa. ECHS1 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Enoyl-CoA hydratase 1, SCEH.
Formulation: The ECHS1 protein solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8), 1mM DTT,0.1M NaCl and 20% glycerol.
