ENTPD3, produced in in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 451 amino acids (44-485a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 50.7 kDa (Migrates at 50-70 kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). ENTPD3 is fused to a 6 amino acids His-tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
