DHRS9, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 327 amino acids (18-319) and having a molecular mass of 35.9 kDa. DHRS9 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
