CDA, fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 166 amino acids (1-146 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.3 kDa. The CDA is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Cytidine deaminase, Cytidine aminohydrolase, CDA, CDD.
Formulation: The CDA solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl Buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 2mM EDTA, 100mM NaCl and 40% Glycerol.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Purity: Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
