BLVRA, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 295 amino acids (3-296 a. a. and Methionine at N-terminus) and having a molecular mass of 33.3 kDa (molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will shift up). The BLVRA is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
