ARG1, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 330 amino acids ( 1-322aa ) and having a molecular mass of 35.8 kDa. ARG1 is fused to a 8 amino acid His tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
