ADAL, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 292 amino acids (1-267) and having a molecular mass of 32.7 kDa. ADAL is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Adenosine Deaminase-Like, Adenosine Deaminase-Like Protein, EC 3.5.4.-, EC 3.5.4, ADAL.
Formulation: The ADAL solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.4M Urea.
